Refund policy

For beauty/skincare products, make the hygiene aspect very clear:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible unopened/unused products.
• Products that have been opened or used generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours, preferably with photos/video.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
